Rules of the House

iRoom is non smoking, in the gangways as well as in the rooms.

Animals are not allowed.

Breakfast is served in your room, at your request between 8 and 10 A.M. 

Whenever you leave the house, please report, and hand in the key of your room.

We expect you to be back in the guesthouse before midnight, unless otherwise agreed.

Please, remain quiet after 10.30 P.M. .Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

Check-in from 4 P.M. for the rooms, 12 P.M. for the garage. On demand, you can drop in your luggage before, even in the morning, and also leave your luggage after check-out (if confirmed by us).
Check-out before 12 P.M.,for the rooms as well as for the garage.

Cancellation pollicy

In any case of cancellation, 20 € of administration costs will be charged.

In case of cancellation 72 hours before the booked nights, the first night will be charged.

In case of cancellation 24 hours before the booked nights or a ’no-show’, the complete reservation will be charged.

Except written agreement, we can not accept a partial cancellation when reservation was part of a minimum stay of several nights.
